O'Devaney Gardens Re-Development, Dublin 7

Alan Mee Architects was a member of the design team which won the
competition for the redevelopment of this rundown social housing
estate.

We were responsibile for the detail design of Blocks A and B,
approximately 70 units, which consist of a perimeter layer of 3 storey
family housing to the northern site boundaries, and two 4 storey
gateway buildings which mark entry to the site.

Private gardens join to gardens of the neighbouring houses, creating
a secure boundary, and roof gardens and generous balconies are
used throughout.
